Juan Bejar

President
Graduated in Law and Business Administration from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas de Madrid (ICADE), Juan Béjar is Founder and CEO of Bruc since its inception. He was also Chairman of Globalvia until July 2024. Previously, he was senior advisor to Greenhill, Director of Metrovacesa, Vice Chairman and CEO of FCC, Executive Chairman of Cementos Portland Valderrivas and Chairman of Citigroup Infrastructure Management, a London-based infrastructure investment fund that managed 3.4 billion euros in assets. A significant part of his professional career was spent in the Ferrovial group, where he was CEO of Ferrovial Infraestructuras and Executive Vice President and CEO of Cintra, S.A. He led the acquisition of British Airport Authority (BAA), the largest transaction to date by a Spanish company in the United Kingdom, and the IPO of Cintra. Hasta julio de 2024 ha sido, además, Presidente de Globalvia. Anteriormente, fue senior advisor de Greenhill, Consejero de Metrovacesa, Vicepresidente y Consejero Delegado de FCC, Presidente ejecutivo de Cementos Portland Valderrivas y Presidente de Citigroup Infrastructure Management, un fondo de inversión en infraestructuras con sede en Londres que llegó a gestionar 3.400 millones de euros en activos. Una parte importante de su carrera profesional se desarrolló en el grupo Ferrovial, donde fue Consejero Delegado de Ferrovial Infraestructuras y Vicepresidente ejecutivo y Consejero Delegado de Cintra, S.A. Lideró la compra de British Airport Authority (BAA), la mayor operación hasta la fecha realizada por una empresa española en el Reino Unido, y la salida a Bolsa de Cintra.

Luis Venero

Graduated in Business Administration (ICADE E2) from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas de Madrid, Luis Venero is CEO of Bruc and has been part of the company since its inception. He has extensive experience in the energy and infrastructure sector. Prior to joining Bruc he was Head of Investors Management at Abengoa, where he led the design and execution of international operations creating different investment vehicles to incorporate financial partners to the company's energy, infrastructure and water assets. He began his career at PwC, where he spent seven years and gained experience in the areas of Transactions and Mergers and Acquisitions.

Luciana Ferro

Corporate Development Director
Graduated in Business Administration from the Pontifical Catholic University of Sao Paulo (Brazil) and with a Master's degree in Finance and Banking from the University of Alcalá (Madrid), Luciana is Director of Corporate Development at BRUC and has been part of the company since its foundation. She has forged her career in the areas of M&A, investor relations, financing and business development. She has been in the renewable energy sector for more than 15 years. He started his career at Ericsson (Brazil) 20 years ago and has consolidated his experience in various financial departments at Abengoa before joining BRUC in 2015.

Alberto del Corro

Head of Investors Relations
Graduated in Business Administration (ICADE E2) from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas de Madrid, Alberto is Director of Investor Relations at BRUC. He has been part of the company since its foundation. He has more than 12 years of experience in the analysis of financial investments and business opportunities, especially in the renewable energy sector. He started his career at Banco BPI, where he spent two years in the Equities department covering financial institutions in Spain and Portugal. Before joining BRUC he was part of the Corporate Finance team at KPMG, advising clients on M&A projects in the financial institutions and insurance sector.

Eva Herreros

Corporate Director
Graduated in Business Administration from the University of La Rioja and with a Master’s degre in Finance from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas de Madrid (ICADE), Eva is Corporate Director of BRUC, being part of the company since 2018. With more than 12 years of experience, before joining BRUC she spent 6 years in different financial roles, highlighting her experience as Controller in Santalucía Seguros and in financial institutions such as Aareal Bank AG and Caja Rural.

Gregorio Triviño

Director Técnico
Graduado en Ingeniería Industrial por la Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, Gregorio es Director Técnico de BRUC desde principios de 2019. Tiene una amplia experiencia en el sector de la energía y de la edificación. Ha participado en toda la cadena de valor para el desarrollo y construcción de proyectos de energías renovables desde 2009. Comenzó su carrera en Sacyr, en el departamento técnico de infraestructuras y edificación. Antes de incorporarse a BRUC ejerció como Head of Technical Department en empresas como EDF Energies Nouvelles y X-Elio, donde lideró el diseño y construcción de proyectos renovables a nivel mundial.

Gregorio Triviño

Technical Director
Graduated in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, Gregorio is the Technical Director of BRUC since early 2019. He has extensive experience in the energy and building sector. He has been involved in the entire value chain for the development and construction of renewable energy projects since 2009. He began his career at Sacyr, in the technical department of infrastructure and building. Before joining BRUC he worked as Head of Technical Department in companies such as EDF Energies Nouvelles and X-Elio, where he led the design and construction of renewable projects worldwide.

Laura Martínez

Legal Director
Graduated in Law from the University of Deusto and with a Master's degree in Business Law from the Garrigues Study Center, Laura is Director of Legal Advisory Services at BRUC since 2021. She has more than 15 years of experience in commercial, corporate and contract law, as well as in mergers, investment and/or divestment transactions, board secretaries and corporate governance. She began her career in the Corporate Law Department of Simmons&Simmons, has held advisory positions in the Board Secretariats of Ezentis and Indra, has been Director of the Legal Department and Secretary of the Board of Directors in the family office Multitel and in the energy trading company Podo and, prior to joining Bruc, was Director of Legal, M&A and Structures at Indra.

Claudio Martín

Director of Structured Finance
Graduated in Economics from the Complutense University of Madrid, with a Master’s degree in Stock Exchange and Financial Markets from the Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles (IEB) in Madrid and certified in CFA Levels I and II, Claudio is Director of Structured Finance at BRUC since 2021. Claudio has 14 years of experience in the financial industry. He started his career in the Corporate and Investment Banking area of Banco Santander, where he was part of the energy and infrastructure teams of the M&A, Structured Finance, Credit Trading & Distribution practices. In his last stage, he led Debt Advisory mandates, servicing international investment funds.

Javier Urbano

Director of Energy Management
Mining Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and with a Master's degree in Economics and Energy Management from the French Petroleum Institute in Paris, Javier is Director of Energy Management at Bruc since 2021. Prior to joining Bruc, he held various positions in the areas of procurement and trading at Cepsa, accumulating more than 15 years of experience. In addition, he is an associate professor at the school of industrial engineers of the Polytechnic University of Madrid.
